  • Do you feel like you are juggling too many things and desire a slower pace of life so you can come back to center more easily?

  • Do you want to get back in touch with what really matters to you?

  • Do you find yourself often pushing, striving to be “good enough”?

  • Would you like to learn skills that will help you to align your mind, body, and heart to live a meaningful and resilient life? YES!

I believe that mindfulness is the first step to well being and resilience. Life is full and as a result, we can often feel depleted & overwhelmed with all the responsibilities and constant demands for our attention. The mindful living workbook, will teach you 6 essential skills to bring your full self to your life. You will learn how to train the mind, open the heart, and calm the body. Each skill will cultivate greater inner wisdom, resilience, and well being so you can flourish at work and at home.

What really matters to you?

We can survive and thrive and this requires us to ask, “What really matters to me?” We attain this answer when our inner knowing meets our outer world. This is integrity and the strength of our integrity depends on our resilience to our outer world. Integrity is the ability to listen to a place inside oneself that doesn’t change even though the life that carries it may change.  It is MORE important than ever that we wake up to the truth of our world and take courageous action.

The mindful living workbook will help you to
find the courage to step in and step up in your actions and live a mindful life.
