Conscious Leadership

The inner game rules the outer game.  This is what conscious leadership is all about, and it comes from being connected to the deepest parts of ourselves. This is not something you typically learn in business school. A conscious leader has a greater sense of purpose; she or he knows that leadership is about serving and following a calling to lift things up. A leader needs to be able to focus on oneself, focus on others, and focus on the larger world.  This leadership training will support you with the necessary skills to ignite your inner game and shine at work and the world.

Resilience is the number one quality necessary for thriving in todays changing world and workplace. Learning how to lead yourself with strength and grace is so you can be the calm in the storm is an invaluable skill. This training emphasizes the 5 foundation of resilience.  This program is perfect for creating a strong foundation in your company culture or re-setting after a re-organization.

Courageous Conversations

Conflict is normal and if you can master the right tools you can navigate any difficult conversation.  This training is wonderful for teams or as a basic foundation for your entire company.  In 8 modules you will learn things such as:  how to establish and repair trust when it has been broken, be vulnerable in your giving and receiving feedback, empathy for leaders, etc. You will learn the right mind set, heart set and skill set to bring greater authenticity, team work, and integrity into your teams and organization.
