LEADERSHIP COACHING

Inspiring those with the call to lead

Do you feel that you are moving at such a fast pace that your relationships are transactional and you and your team at work are feeling burned out?
Would you like to work smarter, not harder so you lead from a place of grace and confidence?
Would you like to push re-set and live and lead from what really matters to you?

If so, it is now more important than ever to make centering yourself and connecting with your internal world a priority. Work is endless, your life is not. Truly effective teams, and yes, even tight-knit families, place a high degree of importance on slowing down and creating space for presence, reflection and connection.  The time is now to make a shift.

I am so glad you are here. I know your life is full and you are doing the best that you can. It takes courage to pause and say No to what isn’t working and to look up and reach out for support so you can be the leader you were meant to be. Bravo!

I have felt all these things too and have gone through and come out the other side.  Since I was a child, I received a lot of reinforcement and praise for being strong and my work related or academic accomplishments. As a result, I was often pushing myself too hard with planning, scheduling, choosing work over play, rest, my relationships, etc. In essence, “my inner task” master felt like she never went to sleep.

A few years ago, my inner guru started telling me, “Carley, sweetheart SLOW down”. I LOVE my work AND I wasn’t feeling very nourished in the areas outside of work. My normal inspired and enthusiastic self was nearing burnout. I have learned that to be a strong leader it is important to listen more to my heart and body and not my mind.

My “inner guru” is much more wise than my “inner overachiever” and is often in tune with what I need and what others need. I have shifted to a slightly slower, but much more effective and satisfying speed where I make room to listen to my No and Yes and align my life around what really matters.  I can then bring forth my compassion, authenticity, my strength, and I can show up to be the kind of leader I was meant to be.

Shining my light  I am a torch lighter, corporate consultant, change maker, author, daughter, lover, auntie, friend, and seasoned leadership coach.  Over the last 15 years, I have inspired leaders and organizations in the wake of re-organizations, supported cultures of belonging, diffused burnout, and positively impacted and inspired individuals and groups to create transparency and lead from their authentic self to make a powerful impact in the world – be it in their life or in their career. I feel especially drawn to working with leaders who are aligned with people, profit, planet and are purpose driven.

What is my special sauce?

I find that all my clients initially come to me from a place of imbalance. In our “always on” pace of life we lose sight of what nourishes and inspires us to lead. This can create some unhealthy patterns that don’t serve us.

I feel the most important skill for real change to occur is self awareness. With the ability to see ourselves clearly, our patterns, and what is or is not serving us, we can change, heal, and grow.

My style is inquisitive, compassionate, direct, and fortifying.  I will support you to shift your mindset, resource you with the tools you need now, reinforce your unique strengths and genuine brilliance inside, so that you shine on the outside.  Be the light and you will lead from your greatest potential.

Lets do this! 🙂

With love,

Carley

What is my special sauce?

I find that all my clients initially come to me from a place of imbalance. In our busy society, we are struggling to keep up with the “always on” pace of life. As a result, we are depleted and stuck in some unhealthy patterns that don’t serve us. When our minds, hearts, and bodies are not in balance, we can’t access our greatest potential at work or home. In order to lead others well, we must lead ourselves well.

I feel the most important skill for real change to occur is self awareness. With the ability to see ourselves clearly, our patterns, and what is or is not serving us, we can change, heal, and grow. I integrate my deep understanding of the mind, body, and heart with scientific evidence based tools and mindful practices that inspire growth and sustainable transformation.

I help my clients to tune into what really matters by re-aligning the mind, body, and heart. When balance is present, one can lead an inspired, conscious, and amazing life.

With love,

Carley
